Refunds & Returns
Our refund and returns policy is explicitly stated on individual items posted on the shop catalog. If the corresponding warranty duration has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used/Pre-owned items subjected to warranty policy are to be returned in the same condition/packaging as they were delivered to the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Claimable Warranty Conditions:
There are certain situations where only partial or even NO refunds are granted:
- Physical damage on the product, either in the form of burn’t/exploded components or tempering with the product
- Coil whine is a non-issue and is NOT warranty-claimable issue
- Items sold in functional condition, if subjected for the warranty dispute are not covered under warranty if they are DOA.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned in more than respective warranty days after delivery
Refund policy on order confirmation
This policy applies when customer places an order and makes the payment. Upon payment confirmation, the product is reserved in the customer’s name and is due shipment on the next working day of the week. In the meantime if customer changes their mind and asks for return/refund, the refund will not be given instead the product will still be shipped to the buyer and then standard warranty/return policy shall apply for return/refund.
Refunds on Sell-back Basis
Sell-back conditions
- Change of mind is absolutely not applicable
- If for any reason buyer wants to return the bought product it will be treated as a sell-back scenario if the product is perfectly performing and there is no warranty-eligible scenario
- For the case of Sell-back approval, a 30% of minimum cutting from buyer’s purchase price of the same product will be made and then rest of the amount (referencing to the remaining amount after deductions from the current price) will be returned to the buyer. To make this matter clear, a product bought at 100K PKR price will have 30% deduction on sell-back basis and if the current price of the product is now 90K PKR, then the amount refunded to the buyer on sell-back will be 90K-27K = 63K PKR.
Returns on Demo-basis
Demo-basis criteria
When certain stock is not available we may entertain our customer with a currently stocked inferior product until our stock arrives and then we will take 100% return of the demo-product upon exchange of it with the demaded product of the customer. For example, if buyer needs RX 7800 XT and we have RX 6700 XT in stock at the time the buyer is purchasing a build from us then upon payment of 7800 XT we will hand the buyer RX 6700 XT until the stock arrives and then we will take the RX 6700 XT back, exchanging it with RX 7800 XT. In such returns the sell-back/depreciation criteria doesn’t apply
Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email as well as a WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you decided to pay us a visit at our shop, we’ll process the information and will let you know in time about the return decision.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you’ll be compensated in either cash or direct transfer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Also, check with our rep if the refunds are already initiated.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message on WhatsApp.
Return Process on Warranty Claims:
- If the claimed warranty defect is valid, the delivery charges of sending the warranty replacement will be upon us.
- If the claimed warranty defect is invalid and warranty is not entertained while product is still 100% functional and without any defects, the return delivery expense is upon the customer to pay
- Customer will still pay the delivery expenses for sending the product to our store for warranty claim
Initiating Return Delivery:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop # 1,2 Lower Ground Floor, Midway Centrum Murree Road Facing side, 6th Road, Rawalpindi.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
