Electrical Characteristics:

Complying with ATX Standard, we perform and verify a number of tests in our in-house labs following through critical & calibrated tests as well as verification of safety features which include protections such as OCP, OPP, OVP, UVP as well as verifications of quality parameters such as 80+ efficiency, peak-to-peak ripple, max power delivery and crossload characteristics. We also bring inspection of the quality of components used in PSU design such as primary side and secondary side components choice as well as quality, primary & secondary side regulation & filtering as well as quality of wiring & inspection of PCB.

Features & Physical Inspection:

Wiring quality, provision of expandable power such as PCI-E power expansion, fan thermal control, switching mode, versatility of input, PCI-E 3.0 compatibility etc

Thermals:

Temperatures inside the PSU case, cooling performance, components temperatures & hotspots, temperatures at plug-in spots, primary-side & secondary side temperatures at wiring terminals

Reviewing Verdict & Conclusion:

Recommendation in the light of the testing & verification performed, our conclusions will align and carry narrower tolerance than the ATX standard limits to ensure a higher quality standard of our review process while keeping full transparency of our testing methods.
